How the XLM vault worked
Users deposited native XLM into a vault contract on Stellar. The incentive programme rewarded qualifying deposits over time. This is different from traditional staking: Stellar’s consensus design does not offer native protocol staking rewards in the way some proof-of-stake networks do.
The campaign schedule displayed in the 2026 interface ended on 9 November 2026 at 18:00 UTC. Read the current vault status before deciding whether any new deposit is supported.
XLM rewards and eligibility
The campaign showed a reward rate in the interface, but that should not be treated as a permanent guaranteed APY. Accrued rewards depended on the vault’s stated rules and eligible holding period.
If a participant withdrew XLM before the announced campaign close, the rules described forfeiture of rewards attributable to the withdrawn amount.
XLM-specific considerations
XLM is a volatile asset, so a reward programme does not eliminate market risk. Participants also need to account for Stellar network fees and any account reserve requirements.
